This is a Set of 6 Vintage Splayds by Bill McArthur and distributed by Stokes.
This Set is in Very Good condition. There may be some mild scratches in places from normal use. The red velvet case is in Very Good condition with some wear from normal handling and storage.
The legend of the Splayd began in the late 1940s, when Bill McArthur of Potts Point, New South Wales, decided to combine the fork with the humble spoon…
Fast-forward almost six decades, and the Splayd is an Australian icon and household name around the world!
Each Splayd is crafted from 18/8 stainless steel, so they are designed to last and never fall out of style, thanks to their sleek, modern silhouettes.
The Splayds are 5 1/2" long by 1" wide and weigh about .9 OZ each.
Most of the items I sell are estate finds, and are presented to you in, as is, as found condition. They are described to the best of my knowledge.
