Coconut Coir has a high water holding capacity and a neutral ph.
It will retain nutrients to buffer leaching and has great aeration.
It is a lightweight and sterile soil amendment!
Coconut fiber is odorless and promotes strong root growth.
It is used in many potting mixes, hydroponic soilless mixes and seed starting mixes.
You can use it as a substrate for mushroom spawn as well.
Coconut coir is a great alternative to peat moss because the ph is neutral.
